- B.Com Part-1 and 2(only for 5th Semester)
- 2 Passport Size Photograph
- Photo Copy of Matric Certificate
- Photo Copy of Intermdiate Certificate
- 2 Passport Size Photographs
- Photo Copy Of Matric Certificate
- Photo Copy Of Intermediate Certificate
- Result Card, PU Entry Test Result
- Certificate of Hafiz-e-Quran (for Hafiz/Hafiza)
- CNIC/B.From & Father CNIN or Domicile
- Medical Certificate for mental & physical fitness from any MBBS physician.
- Original Paid Challan / form fee slip of Rs. 500/.
- NOC from candidate other than Lahore Board.
- Stamp Paper worth of Rs. 100 for Affidavit bearing text given.
- Copy of Matriculation Certificate.
- Copy of Intermediate Certificate.
- Copy of National Identity Card (NIC) or Copy of Domicile Certificate.
- Copy of Hepatitis Test from Health Center Punjab University.
- Copy of Departmental Dues Paid.
Note: A limited number of hostels are available.
